Sometimes that journey takes viewers to a place they've never imagined in a full sensorial experience. Other times, it plants the audience in the middle of an intimate personal moment that explores a new emotional perspective. In both cases, his films are always carefully crafted around the people and places that inform them.
Nick's recent projects focus on applying his humanistic lens to narrative stories set in stunning locations, as seen in his campaign for Marriott Bonvoy, “Where Memory Lives.” The project centers around a real architect and a resort he designed, and the deliverables include both a scripted story and a longform documentary. In the scripted version, Nick plays with the theme of memory -- a space he explores often to bring depth to his characters.

The Farm League x Nick Sokoloff creative partnership kicks off this fall with the launch of two new campaigns. The first, “See Yourself in Canada” for Expedia, features three microstories that visualize the subtle, transformative power of travel. The films are character-driven: we watch the heroes come to life in new ways as they interact with the stunning world around them.
The second, an unreleased Ford and Google collaboration with Wieden+Kennedy New York, follows a multi-week cross-country adventure in an immersive documentary that feels like a narrative journey.
